Canfield introduces five new developments

We are now announcing five new developments, which will all open over the next 12 months.

Harrods Glen is a magnificent 46-lot estate development sitting on 140 acres in Prospect. Each architecturally-designed, timeless home design will sit on spectacular one acre and larger lots. Located on Wolf Pen Branch Road, this development will be opening in May of this year.

Shakes Run is a new 460-lot clubhouse/pool community located off Shelbyville Road on Eastwood Road. This beautiful development is geared for new homes starting at $350,000. Development will begin this spring and lots should be ready to build on in late fall of this year.

Spring Farm Glen and Spring Farm Pointe are two new projects designed for those buyers who want a maintenance-free lifestyle but want their own yard and more privacy than a patio home offers. Absolutely no maintenance. We take care of everything on your home’s exterior as well as all landscaping and yard work. Construction will begin in early summer and lots will be available to build on by late fall.

Poplar Woods, located on Highway 42 in Prospect, is Canfield Development’s first conservation subdivision. This beautiful 200 acre project features 93 estate lots and over 103 acres of permanent open space. We will begin construction on this one of a kind property this summer and lots will be ready to build on in the spring of 2008.
